Betty was a wonderful caretaker for my parents and seemed to understand them well . Even though she met them towards the end of each ( Mom n Dads') lives , I'm sure that she did all she could while working to take care of them - as we all did. But I also recall stories from my late fiance' ( Frank L. Nejedly who passed away quite tragically in 2005). He used to tell me that when he and his own siblings were quite young that Betty was their babysitter. I could only imagine then, wow- between all of her own children and then Frank and his siblings .... I was really amazed that she still had a full head of hair ;-) And to all Betty's children and grandchildren (etc) ... I wish you ALL only the very best while going through this deep and sorrowful time !!! Although both of my parents have been gone for quite some time now - there's not a day that goes by that I don't still miss them !!! And wish that I could call them / or go visit just 1 more time....
