Fay Louise (Blackaby) Foster, 92, entered into eternal rest on January 25, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Visitation will held from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m. . Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Moberly, Missouri beside her husband George Z. Foster who preceded her in death in 1979. Fay was born December 22, 1924 in Holliday, Missouri. She was the eldest daughter of the late Roy and Pearl (Barton) Blackaby. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. Fay was employed at Community Hospital and later at Moberly Regional Hospital in Moberly, Missouri before moving to Marshall, Missouri. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church. Fay is survived by daughters: Bonnie Flickinger of Clermont, Florida, Georgia Johnston of St. Joseph, Missouri, Nancy Scott of Boonville, Missouri; Jean (Floyd) Davis of Marshall, Missouri, and Rula (Lon) Roberts of Clermont, Florida; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Norma Garnett of Ishpeming, Michigan; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was also preceded in death by sister, Lois Fritch; brother, Glenwood Blackaby; grandson, Doug Roberts; and great grandson, Eric Flickinger.
