Gloria L. Wilcoxson

Gloria L. Wilcoxson, 87, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on August 22, 2021, at her home. Gloria was born November 22, 1933, to Jasper and Vivian Cox. She was a very self sufficient lady who liked to take care of things herself and not have to ask for help. She was a wonderful cook and would always make sure her family had three meals a day with desserts. She gardened and canned, loved her flowers, and spent much time watching old western movies; especially with John Wayne. She loved watching and feeding her hummingbirds, and she especially loved her dogs and cats. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, James Andrew Wilcoxson; son, Peter Wilcoxson; sister, Ruby Weldy; and former husband, Glen Lester Will. Survivors include her sons: David (Nelda) Will of Springfield, Missouri, and Matt (Tammy) Wilcoxson of Higbee, Missouri; daughter, Sherry (Glen) Parks of Moberly, Missouri, grandchildren: Kayla Wilcoxson, Heather Dorlac, Michael Mill, Chris Parks, Jessica Dale, Cody Gunier, Jeff Major, and Kristen Wilcoxson; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Private family services will be held at Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly, Missouri. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
