Helen was one of those sweet ladies who had a cheerful personality and a smile for you. She was a loving mother who worked hard on the farm, took good care of her kids, and baked fluffy heavenly bread. She could be counted upon to bring some delicious dishes to the "Community Meetings" we all enjoyed. You had to live west of Cairo to know what those were. God will have many crowns for this wonderful lady. I extend sympathy to the family. Norma Cochran Johnston

Wow! What a lady. I am truly blessed to have had a year of fun with Helen as we traveled the State of Missouri as Grand Officers in Eastern Star in 2008. She was so much fun and so caring. I'm sure she is wearing our dress as she leaves this early world. Linda Lampkin The "Queen". Appleton City
