Alice Lorraine Jones

Alice Lorraine Jones 70 , of Moberly passed away October 10, 2010 at her home in Moberly. She was born July 31, 1940 in Prairie DuChien, WS, to Benjamin Clifford and Violet (Ahrnes) Kramer. She was a member of the Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church. In 1956, in Paris, MO she married Gerald Jones. Mrs. Jones is survived by two sons Jeffrey and Sharon Jones of New London, MO and Matthew and Sheila Jones of Curryville; daughter Charolette Jean Derboven of Warsaw; two brother Cletus and Eileen Kramer of Waukesha, WS and Leland and Judi Kramer of Madison, MO; two sisters Ilen Swindell of Centralia and Delores and Jerry Bresser of Waukon, IA; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and close friend Russell Sumpter of Moberly. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son William Ear “Bill” Jones, one brother and one sister. Services will be Thursday October 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly. Burial will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
