Charles Kenneth Gravitt

Charles Kenneth Gravitt, 91, of Moberly, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, April 9, 2026. He was born on March 27, 1935 to parents Jack and Rosie (Rockenfield) Gravitt.

"Kenny" worked as a truck driver for Bob's Produce, where he was known for his dedication and hard work. Outside of his job, Charles was a man of fun and humor. He was a prankster who loved to bring laughter to those around him. His playful spirit was evident in his fondness for word search puzzles and engaging in water gun fights with anyone willing to join in.

Charles is survived by his children: Gary Gravitt, David Gravitt, and Sandra Prewitt, all of whom live in Missouri. He was blessed with a large family that included eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. His sister, Anna Mae Jackson also survives him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Rosie Gravitt, and several siblings: George, James, Leroy, Pete, and Thomas Gravitt, Lucielle Eubanks, Barbara Taylor, and Margie Gravitt. Charles also mourned the loss of his daughters Patty Dodd, Bonnie Sue and son Darrell Gravitt.

A private service will be held for the family.
