Cory Gabelman

Cory Gregory Gabelman, 31, of Trenton, MO, went home to the Lord on July 28, 2018. Cory was born July 21, 1987 in Carbondale, IL to Lisa Esry-Bunch and Gregory Gabelman. He was a member of Family Life Fellowship and enjoyed reading his Bible and sharing his love for the Lord with others. He will always be remembered as a fun-loving, outgoing and kind-hearted young man who liked playing jokes on his family and friends. He was a collector of Ty Babies, McDonald’s toys and trinkets in general. Those preceding Cory in death are his grandparents, Norma and James Esry; grandfather, Hollis Butler; grandmother, Betty Davis Gabelman, and stepfather, Leslie (Bubby) Bunch. He is survived by his mother, Lisa Bunch of Cleveland, TX, formerly of Moberly; his father and step-mother, Gregory (Laurie) Gabelman of Cape Girardeau, IL; siblings, Heather (Phil Milazzo) Gabelman of Trenton, MO, Josh Jones of Cape Girardeau, IL, Caleb Gabelman of McClure, IL; Step-Sisters, Misty Bunch, Stacy (Chad) Livingston and Sheena Parker; good friend and mentor, Rodney Hendren; two nieces, Abby Gabelman and Alhanna Milazzo; nephew, Tayyn Milazzo and extended family and friends. Graveside services for Cory will be held Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Huntsville City Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be held Friday, August 24, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home.
