Daniel Roger Henneberry

Daniel R. Henneberry, of Clark, MO passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO.

Danny was born on May 26, 1946, in Mexico, MO, to Daniel and Sylvester “Pauline” Henneberry. He is a graduate of Mexico Senior High and Bureau of Naval Business College. Danny honorably served his country in the United States Navy from August 1965 to April 1971 as an airman aboard the USS-Oriskany Aircraft Carrier. Danny then traveled nationwide as an over the road truck driver for 43 years, known to many fellow truckers as “Diesel Dan”.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley Beamer.

Danny is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Russell) Burton, of Stoutsville, MO, a son, Roger (Angela) Henneberry, of Mexico, MO, and sister, Betty Ann Schindler, of Clark, MO. Danny has 6 grandchildren - Nina Khattab, Coral Cranmer, Richi Barnes, Maegan Lange, Kalea and Livia Henneberry and 4 great grandchildren - Joshua and Leila Khattab, Vernon Burton, and Connor Barnes.

Funeral services for Danny Henneberry are scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel, 411 Union Avenue in Moberly, MO. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 am. Following the service, Interment with full Military Honors will be held at 1:00 pm at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO, with escort of Patriot Riders and other motorcyclists, led by his daughter, Lisa and husband Russell.
