Moberly

David Lee Snow, age 76, of Moberly, MO, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Dave was born on May 13, 1949, in Addison, MI, to Sidney Snow and Dorothy Medford. He graduated from Cedar Lake Academy and from Andrews University. After marrying his best friend, Darleen, fresh out of college, they started their family in Maryland, where he worked for years as a Physical Education Teacher and Coach at the Beltsville Adventist School and she worked as a Nurse. They eventually settled in their permanent home in Moberly, MO, where Dave worked for the MRMC Hospital and then the Moberly Parks and Recreation Department.

He had many hobbies, from equestrianism, to Kennel Clubs, to raising deer, to being one of the volunteer Santas at the Park's North Pole. He was a joy to be around—always ready with a warm smile and a bit of optimism that lifted the spirits of those around him. He had a genuine love for people and animals alike, and children were especially drawn to his kind and gentle nature.

Dave is survived by his two children, David Snow Jr. and Krista Snow."
