Dawna "Carol" Stelljes

Dawna “Carol” Stelljes, 65, of Kansas City, MO passed away December 8, 2021 at North Kansas City Hospital.

Carol was born May 10, 1956 in Sturgeon, MO to Richard and Evelyn (Westfall) Tuggle.
She was united in marriage to James David Stelljes, Sr. and he precedes her in death.
Carol Worked as a secretary at Capital Moe Auto Sales in Kansas City, MO for a number of years.

She enjoyed fishing, embroidering and mushroom hunting. She had a loving heart, a spunky attitude. She was a great cook and everybody loved her homemade noodles.
Those preceding Carol in death are her parents, Richard and Evelyn Tuggle; husband, David Stelljes; brothers, Jimmy Tuggle, Mark Tuggle and Larry Tuggle and sister, Sherry Tuggle.

Carol is survived by her children, Davie (Serena) Stelljes of Higbee and Maria Stelljes of Higbee; grandchildren, Jaydie Stelljes of Waynesville, Heaven Doyle, Jayda Kenp, Payton Fetch, Damien, Landon, Bentley, Conner, Harper and Cora Doyle all of St. Louis, Asher Pusczek, Nour, Aliay, Ali and Moe Alsauoudi all of Kansas City; great-grandchildren, Harmony Stelljes and Zaida Spraggins, both of Waynesville; brothers, George (Laurie) Tuggle of Higbee, Raymond Tuggle of Boonville and sister, Connie Hunt of Moberly; dear friend, Sammy Alsaoudi; extended family and friends.

Service celebrating Carol’s life will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home followed by interment at the Higbee Cemetery, Higbee, MO. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
