Doris Camele Taylor

Doris Camele Taylor, 76, of Jacksonville, Missouri went home to the Lord on August 9, 2022 at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation in Moberly.

Doris was born on February 27, 1946 in Elmer, MO to Ray and Verna (Almond) Easley. She graduated from Elmer High School. She married David Taylor on May 24, 1998 in Macon, MO.

She loved her life chasing the white lines of a highway with her husband, David. She loved her daughter and grandson with all her heart. She liked to garden and watch wildlife on the farm.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Raye Otwell; parents, Ray and Verna Easley and sister, Jean Tipton.

Doris is survived by her husband, David Taylor of Jacksonville, MO; daughter, Stephanie and Husband Wesley Huntsman of Cairo, MO; grandson, Skyler Huntsman of Cairo, MO; two sisters, Sue Wynne of Clarence, MO and Jan Miller of Macon, MO; two brothers, Tom and wife Carla Easley of Elmer, MO and Gary Easley of Montana.

A private service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions are appreciated to the family to help with funeral home expenses.
