Frank A. Carr, 88, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on May 24, 2018, at Valley View Health & Rehabilitation. He was born January 14, 1930, to Frank Claude and Neeta (Matheson) Carr in Texhoma, Oklahoma. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 6, 2018 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville, Missouri. Cremation has been accorded to Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly.
