Gregory L. Robinson

Gregory Leroy (Skutt) Robinson, 72, of Moberly, MO, passed away peacefully at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

Skutt was born on July 9, 1952, in Moberly, MO, to Leroy and Bonnie (Burton) Robinson. On December 23, 1971, he was united in marriage to Sandra Ginn and she preceded him in death on September 17, 2017.

As a young boy, Skutt worked at the University of Missouri. He was Warehouse Foreman for Orscheln’s for over 20 years. He retired at age 62.

His children, grandkids, and great grandkids were the love of his life. He loved his family and loved to gamble and be the life of the party.

Skutt is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Bonnie; two brothers, Wendell and Jeffery Robinson; and one brother-in-law, Jerry Williams.

Those left to mourn his passing are his children, Angela Ginn (Vincent Tolson), of Columbia, MO, Anthony (James) Mitchell, of St. Louis, MO, Gregory Robinson, Jr. (Angie Dameron), of Columbia, MO; grandchildren, LaAndré (Ashley) Robinson, of Quincy, IL, Michael Butler, of Moberly, MO, Andrew (Joy) Lahman, of Centralia, MO, Shaylynn Hall, of Moberly, MO, Tayla and Makena Robinson, of Columbia, MO; great grandkids, Connor, Jaeden, Erika, Alannah, Jayden, Finleigh, Kemper, Isaiah; siblings, Pam (Robert) Payne, of Winchester, VA, Anthony (Jackie) Robinson, of Moberly, MO, David Robinson, of Columbia, MO, and Melody Robinson, of Moberly, MO; sisters-in-law, LaWanda Ginn, of Paris, MO, Kathy (Rick) Jones, of Columbia, MO, Becky Williams, of Columbia, MO; brothers-in-law, Jeffery Williams, of Moberly, MO, Floyd (Becky) Williams, of Columbia, MO, Jimmy Joe Williams, of Trinity, AL; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; special nephews, Karl (Trina) Robinson, of Moberly, Jerray Williams, of Columbia, MO; and very special friend Rebecca Viley, of Moberly, MO.

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel at 12 noon. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Interment will follow the service at Oakland Cemetery in Moberly.
