Iva Leona Kirkendoll

Iva Leona Kirkendoll 95, of Moberly, Missouri passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026.

Iva was born February 20, 1931, in Randolph County to Russell and Leona Spicer.

She married the love of her life, Harold “Bud” Kirkendoll on August 14, 1950. They had 72 years of marriage before his death in 2022. She worked for many years in various factories, and her last place of employment was with the Moberly Monitor Index. She loved children and took care of many throughout the years. She also enjoyed talking about the good ole’ days and playing bingo.

Iva is survived by her son Craig (Tessie) White; granddaughter, Tori (Jeremy) Smothers; great-granddaughter, Abbie Smothers; sister in laws, Barbara Staiger of Columbia, MO, Lorene (Jack) Alieshire of Owasso, OK, Joan (Chuck) Ream of Broken Arrow, OK; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, three brothers and her husband.

A service celebrating Iva’s life will be held at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO, on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow at the Hagar Cemetery in Huntsville, MO.
