Judith Johnson

Judith Lynne “Jude” Johnson, 64 of Macon, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at the Macon Health Care Center. She was born on June 8, 1952 in Kansas City, MO to Victor Kearns and Mary Jane Watson Kearns. Jude lived in both Kansas City, KS and Kansas City, MO for several years before relocating to Macon, MO. She worked in manufacturing until her retirement. Jude attended Timberlake Christian Church with her son. She was a proud member of the “Ya Ya Sisterhood” and a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Vicky Summers and John Kearns. Survivors include her son, John Plaster of Moberly; grandchildren, John Plaster II currently stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base and Hazel Plaster of Moberly; siblings, Jeannie and Junior Kroose of Lincoln, MO and Pat Kearns of St. Joseph, MO; extended family, friends and her “Ya Ya Sisters”. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home.
