Keith Michael Hinshaw, age 65 of Moberly, MO passed away surrounded by family on April 20, 2026, at his home. Keith was born on July 16, 1960, in Moberly, MO to Bobby Joe Hinshaw and Erma Mae Catherine Hancock. He graduated from Moberly High School in 1978. He worked for H&H Construction for his father before working for Randolph County on the Road and Bridge Crew until 1995.
In 1995, he moved to his home of 31 years and accepted a position as an independent Contractor with Today’s Deliveries delivering for Central Technologies of Jefferson City and City Bank of Moberly and later Central Bank of Boone County. He became the owner/operator of Today’s Deliveries in 2001.
He was a member of the First Church of God of Moberly and served as Board of Trustees member, evangelism team member, Sunday School teacher as well as Charter Representative for the BSA Scouting program. Keith was a servant of God and was often working behind the scenes to support the causes and people that he loved.
His family and friends will always remember him for his sense of humor and willingness to lend a listening ear and helping hand. He could often be seen with on mower or weed eater as he loved keeping lawns looking their best or providing friends with transportation. Keith displayed the character of Jesus with a gentle word, pat on the back and word of encouragement. He was a true servant of others.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother, brothers Kenny and Phil Hinshaw and brother-in-law, Gerald Brock.
Keith is survived by his wife, Michelle Hinshaw of Moberly and his sons, Weston Butler (Annabeth) of Muncie, IN and Matthew Hinshaw of Moberly, sister, Sharon Brock of Springfield and beloved nieces and nephews, Laura McVay (Stuart), Angie (Brad) Aleshire, Tracy Smith (Gary), Michelle Nelson, Mindy Amaya, Bobbie Hinshaw, Rachael Thomas, Michael Thomas (Jordan), Austin Meis (Paige), Shawn Butler, Katie Butler and Aaron Butler.
Keith enjoyed playing baseball, power lifting, motorcycles, watching sports, listening to Classic Rock and Gospel Music and playing Cards and trivia with his friends. In his final years, he was often seen with Michelle at various music concerts.
Above all, Keith loved to let the Love of Jesus shine through him in all that he put his hands to. We can be certain in the fact that his heavenly father proclaimed, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant’ at his arrival in Heaven.
Funeral services will be held for Keith on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 12 noon at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel, Moberly, MO. Visitation will be held prior to service from 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon.
