Kennita Ann Price, age 66, passed away on November 29, 2025. She was born on June 10, 1959, to Kenneth and Juanita Price, the eighth of thirteen children, and grew up surrounded by the big, lively family that helped shape her bold personality.
Kennita was known for her loud voice, sharp humor, and quick-witted remarks. She rarely entered a room quietly—and never without something to say. Her attitude, her honesty, and her unapologetic grumpiness were all part of her charm. If Kennita had something on her mind, you were sure to hear it. And for those who loved her, that was exactly what made her unforgettable.
She enjoyed her trips to Goodwill, where she loved hunting for bargains, and she enjoyed bingo nights filled with familiar faces, laughter, and plenty of sass. Though she had a tough outer shell, she deeply loved being around her children and grandchildren, even if she didn’t always show it in the softest way. Her love was real, honest, and uniquely hers.
Kennita is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Juanita Price; her daughter, Jessie Price; her brothers Ronnie and Danny; her sister Pam; and her nephews Kenny Gale, Shawn, and Toby. Niece; Mandy. Brother in law, Buck.
She is survived by her sons, Will (Ashlei) Price and Coy Price; her 12 grandchildren; Taylor, Carlee, Wyatt, Triston, Kinly, Kynnidy, Madison, Kaden, Waylon, Draven, Corbin, and Paige. As well as her 2 great-grandchildren, Ashton and Brealyn. All of whom will carry her spirit forward.
Kennita will be remembered for exactly who she was: outspoken, strong-willed, fiercely herself, and absolutely one of a kind. Her presence will be missed, and her spirit will live on in the stories, laughter, and memories shared by those who knew her best.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service, at Pathway–Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, Missouri.
May she rest in peace.
