Larry Keith Springer

Larry Keith Springer, age 76, of Moberly, MO, passed away at Moberly Regional Medical Center, on December 7, 2023.

Pops was born on August 5, 1947, in Springfield, IL, to Leslie Fay and Freeda (Smith) Springer. He married Kathy on October 27, 2006, in Moberly, MO.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, watching Westerns, spending time with the kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. He liked to listen to George Jones. His family and friends will always remember him for his love of cooking, fishing, hunting and for the love of his family.

He is preceded in death by both parents, Leslie Fay and Freeda Springer, brother-in-law, Butch Crawley, 2 granddaughters, Selena Springer and Khloe Springer, best friend, Benn Cupp.

Popps is survived by his wife, Kathy, of Moberly, MO, son, John (Edith) Springer, of Huntsville, MO, Jason (Brittany) Springer, of Jacksonville, MO, daughter,  Joleen (Mark) Jacobs of Moberly MO, son, Brian Gilbert of Moberly, MO,  sisters, Linda Springer, of Orlando, Fl, Kay Crawley, of Orlando, Fl; grandchildren, Dallas Springer, of Moberly MO, Leslie (Bailey) Mefford, of Moberly, MO, Shiloh Edwards, of Moberly, MO, Mackenzie Springer, of Moberly, MO, Anthony (Shelby) Jacobs, of Pilot Grove, MO, Kara Ann Springer, of Huntsville, MO, Matte McDaniel, of New Port Richey, Fl; 4 great grandchildren, Mollie Edwards, of Moberly, MO, Jozlyn Wright, of Moberly, MO, Hunter Springer, of Moberly, MO and Hailie Springer of Moberly, MO and first wife, Henrietta Garnett.
