Maggie Ann Samp, 49, of Huntsville, MO passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2020 in University Hospital in Columbia, MO. Maggie was born March 22, 1970 in Hannibal, MO to John Robertson, Jr. and Joan (Martin) Robertson. She has lived in the Randolph area for the past 30-35 years, moving from Hannibal. Maggie married Perry Samp on July 4, 1997 on a family farm in Clifton Hill. She worked at Chariton Valley Wireless for twelve years. In her free time she raised German Sheppards, her last female, Mirage, even earned the position of Grand Champion. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She was a very caring person, who will be missed by all whom knew her. Maggie is preceded in death by her mother, Joan Robertson. Survivors include her husband, Perry; father, John; children, Christopher Walters of Kirksville, Marli Walters of New London, Cynthia (Andrew) Bingaman of Columbia and Sierra Samp of Huntsville; seven grandchildren; brothers, John (Kate) Robertson III of Winchester, KY and Terry Robertson of Wyoming; extended family and close friends. Visitation services celebrating the life of Maggie Ann Samp will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Private inurnment at a later date.
