Orvel "Jr." L. Campbell

Orvel "Jr" Campbell, 60, of Salisbury, MO, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, surrounded by family.

Jr. was born in Columbia, MO, to Orvel and Wilma Campbell on March 22, 1965. He spent most of his working years doing foundation work and moving and setting mobile homes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family. At any point you could find Jr. sitting on his front porch swing.

Jr. is preceded in death by his parents, Orvel and Wilma Campbell; one brother, David Campbell; and one son, Darin Barnes.

He is survived by his “Ole Lady”, Brenda Mauzey, of Moberly, MO; sons: Matthew (Jamie) Campbell, of Salisbury, MO, Shawn Campbell, of Noblesville, IN, David Allen, of Moberly, MO, Dustin Allen, of Moberly, MO, Christopher Mauzey, of Moberly, MO, Dominic (Sativa) Mauzey, of Moberly, MO, and Nate Campbell, of Moberly, MO; daughter, Brittany Mauzey Hazlett, of Williamsburg, MO; sisters: Joyce (Mike) Barraw, of OK, Donna Campbell, of OK, Twana Campbell, of OK, and Loretta Miller, of OK; brother, Donald (Buddy) Campbell, of Columbia MO; grandchildren: Taylor Campbell, of Salisbury, MO, Cloe Wise, of Noblesville, IN, Noah Hazlett, Jessica Hazlett, Nicholas Hazlett, and Jasper Hazlett, all of Williamsburg, MO, Braden Mauzey, Myia Mauzey, Adalyn Mauzey, and Brooklyn Mauzey, all of Moberly, MO; several nieces, nephews and many other friends and family.

A family led Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 19, at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Woods Baptist Church in Salisbury, MO, with a meal to follow services.
