Patricia Johnson

Patricia “Charlene” Johnson, 71 of Moberly passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Mo. She was born May 10, 1945 to Charles Briscoe and Lucille Brewer Briscoe and was a lifelong resident of Moberly. Charlene was a member of West Park Methodist Church, ABWA and the Silver Belles. She enjoyed luncheons with former high school classmates and spending time with her family. She especially loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Those preceding Charlene in death are her parents; brother, Davy Lee Briscoe; son, Robert Wayne Johnson; grandson, Shannon Keith Johnson; granddaughter, Thea Jeanne Anna Johnson and brother-in-law, Bill Davidson. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Johnson, of Moberly; her children, Rita Kay (Tod) Taylor, of Moberly and Gerald “Jerry” Lee (Gayla) Johnson, of Huntsville; grandchildren, John (Sarah) Pearson, of Moberly, Dennis Pearson of Moberly, Jacob Johnson of Huntsville, Mikayla Johnson of Huntsville and Davy Johnson of Moberly; great grandchildren, Larry Dawson, Treighton Johnson and Remington Johnson, all of Moberly; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Services celebrating Charlene’s life will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Sugar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions in Charlene’s honor are suggested to West Park United Methodist Church, P O Box 979, Moberly, MO 65270.
