Robert C. Wright

Robert Charles Wright, 67, formerly of Moberly passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at his home in Columbia. Robert was born June 11, 1948 in Marceline, Missouri to Forest “Speck” Lee and Mildred Lee (Hedrick) Wright. Robert was a Mizzou fan, loved animals, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He retired from Associated Electric in Thomas Hill after 25 plus years of service. Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Bias and fiancé, Jason Beavers of Columbia, MO; son, Michael Wright and wife Susan of Geneva, MN; grandchildren: Brittany Wright, Brent Bias, Brandon Bias, Braxton Beavers, Forest Wright, Autumn Wright, and Hunter Wright. Per Robert’s wishes, cremation has been accorded by Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. A private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family asks that memorials be made to the Central Missouri Humane Society, 616 Big Bear Blvd, Columbia, MO 65202.
