It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronda Sue Moutray, who departed this life peacefully at home on November 25, 2025, at the age of 72. Ronda was born on January 31, 1953, in Paris, Missouri, to the late Carl Ray Hardwick and Anna May Painter.
Ronda’s life was marked by her vibrant spirit and diverse interests. She found joy in the simplicity of life, whether it was enjoying a game of bowling, or engaging her creative side through crochet. She had a special fondness for her dogs, who brought her much happiness and companionship.
As a beloved mother, Ronda leaves behind her son, Danny Moutray Jr. of Jacksonville, MO, daughter; Becky Nokes of Macon, MO, her grandchildren; Cody Nokes of Macon, MO, Dana Nokes of Peotone IL, Abbi Nokes and Evan Nokes of Macon, MO, Blake Moutray, Devin Moutray, and Hunter Moutray all of Moberly MO, Emily Wilson and Alex Wilson of Monroe City, MO, great grandchildren; Violet Noke and Brantley Wilson of Monroe City, MO. She is also remembered fondly by her siblings, Carla Powell, Paula Donner, and Verna Smith. Their shared memories will forever keep her spirit alive in their hearts.
Ronda is preceded in death by her daughter; Tammie Wilson, father, Carl Ray Hardwick, her mother, Anna May Painter, a sister, a grandson; Tyler Moutray, and a great-grandson; Carter Nokes Though she has left this world, the love and memories she shared with her family and friends will continue to resonate deeply within those who knew her.
