Sharon K. Steele, 75, passed away peacefully at her home in Huntsville, Missouri, on April 15, 2026. She was surrounded by loved ones during her final moments. Sharon was born on June 17, 1950, in Moberly, Missouri, to parents John W. Wales and Edith Halley Wales.

Sharon was a dedicated nurse whose care and compassion touched many lives throughout her career. She was a faithful donator to various veterans programs, showing her deep commitment to supporting those who served their country.

Beyond her professional life, Sharon enjoyed crafts and a love for collecting jewelry. These hobbies brought her joy and allowed her to express her creativity in simple yet beautiful ways. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family.

Sharon was the beloved wife of Harold Steele, who preceded her in death.

Together, Sharon and Harold will be laid to rest in The Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri.
