Shirley Ann Blair, 79, of Armstrong, Missouri, passed away on March 8, 2023, at her home.
Shirley was born on August 2, 1943, in Rockford, Illinois to William Emmer and Goldie Varner. She later married Donald Blair.
A couple of Shirley’s hobbies included playing Bingo and doing Word Puzzle’s.
She is preceded in death by her spouse, Donald Blair; parents, William Emmer and Goldie Varner; daughter, Shirley; siblings, John Emmer-Mozell, Ester Emmer, Rosie Ashley, Barbara Cornwell, George Emmer, Willis Blair, Clarence Emmer, Elizabeth Emmer Geraldine Emmer, Goldie Emmer, William Emmer, Wilma (Lyle) Blair, Betty Lou Emmer and Marten Emmer; daughter in-law, Victoria Blair.
Shirley is survived by her son, Donald Blair, Armstrong, MO; granddaughters, Victoria Blair and Alicia Blair; grandson, Donald Blair III; granddaughter, Elsie Blair; brother, Walter Emmer; great grandson, Christopher Blair and great granddaughter, Madison Blair; sister-in-law, Narcissa Blair.
A graveside service for Shirley has been scheduled for Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Roanoke cemetery.
