Thomas Allen Holley Sr. 60, of Columbia Missouri passed away peacefully at his home on  Wednesday, October 22, 2025, surrounded by his family. Thomas was born on July 15, 1965, in Columbia, Missouri.

He was a devoted family man who touched many hearts throughout his life. Thomas graduated from Higbee High School in 1983, where he showcased his athletic talent by playing on the basketball team. On May 3, 2003, Thomas was inducted into the "All sports hall of fame" for Higbee High School. He continued his education by attending Moberly Area Community College (MACC) and participated in college basketball for the Greyhounds. Additionally, he pursued brief studies at Central Christian College. As a high school student, he worked as a custodian at Higbee Highschool where he waxed floors so beautifully. Proof that care, applied steadily, could polish even the most ordinary surface into something extraordinary. In 1990, Thomas moved to Columbia, MO, where he began his career as a drop forge/factory worker at AB Chance, known as Hubbell Inc. He dedicated over 30 years of service to the company, making lasting contributions through his hard work and commitment.

A proud member of the Randolph Christian Chapel, Thomas enjoyed being an active part of his community and cherished his time spent with friends and family. He married his beloved wife, Becky (Greene) Holley, on July 27, 1996, in Columbia, Missouri. Together, they created a loving home that became a gathering place for family and friends.

Thomas was known for his kind-hearted nature, energetic spirit, and unwavering care for those around him. He found immense joy in spending time with his grandchildren and was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings, often watching their games on television. His personality was truly one of a kind, as he approached life with a fun-loving attitude and a warm smile.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother, Mary (Holley) Houston of Moberly, MO; his son, Thomas Holley Jr. and his wife Rochelle of Columbia, MO; his daughter, Mary Holley and her fiancé Marcus of St. Peters, MO; grandchildren Maya Jae Holley and Tyson Allen Holley of Columbia, MO, and Milani Marie Jordan and Major Terrell Jordan of St. Peters, MO; sister Rose Holley of Columbia, MO; brother Larry Houston and his wife Kirsten of Moberly, MO; Nephew, Tre Logan as well as several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Hicks. Thomas’s legacy will live on in the memories he created and the love he shared with those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

A visitation and funeral service celebrating Thomas's life has been scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, Missouri.
