Virginia Irene Graupman

Virginia Irene Graupman, age 96, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on November 13, 2022, at Monroe Manor.

Virginia was born on July 29, 1926, in Monroe County to Aubry and Irene (Ragsdale) Freeman. Virginia spent most of her life living and working around Paris, MO.

She worked at the Paris Garment Factory, the Wildwood Nursing Home and Walmart. Virginia loved flowers, gardening, dancing and spending time with her grandkids and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Graupman; a son, Dennis Graupman; her sisters; Mary White and Josephine Utterback; and a brother, Arthur Freeman.

Virginia is survived by her sons, Gary, Tom, and Ron Graupman; her daughter, Jean Stewart; her brother, Leon Freeman; grandchildren, Amanda Janssen, Derek, Shane, Haley, and Rae Graupman, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Virginia’s family has scheduled a graveside memorial service for Monday, November 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Cemetery in Holliday, MO.
