Vivian Shepard

Vivian Shepard, 86 of Columbia passed away Tuesday March 29, 2011 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. She was born June 6, 1924 to William and Corda Mae (Anderson) Woodward in Moberly. On February 3, 1951 in Pocahontas, Arkansas she married Russell Edward Shepard and he survives. Vivian was a graduate of the University of Missouri and taught school for about 30 years. She also attended a Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Russell E. Shepard of Columbia, one daughter Becky and Lawrence Latko of Hoffman Estates, Illinois and two grandchildren. Services will be Saturday April 2, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly, and Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 to 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
